Passion.
Papz Javier of the Blue Babble Battalion cheering on the crowd during the halftime break. =)
Taken awhile ago during Ateneo’s game against National University at Araneta. The Blue Eagles pummeled the Bulldogs, 69-49. Watch out for the article on this at The Guidon Website. =)
Artists, sculptors, directors, and businessmen answer the question “What would you do if you were president of the Philippines?”
Beautiful video.
70% of the people voting don’t know the issues, don’t read, hardly write and they’re going to be making choices. Does that sound like elitism to you? You need a certain form of democratic elitism or else we can talk about the issues that count, the issues that matter and everybody’s still voting for the son of Ninoy, or this man who’s going to understand us because he was born poor, whether he’s lying about it or not, an ex-criminal who has been set free for political accommodations .. and was found guilty of plunder. All of these emotional things are going to be decided upon, and nobody’s making any kind of rationale. And we all wonder what went wrong? Why was the promise not fulfilled?

I’m telling you, they’re asking the right people.
I didn’t believe it myself, but it seems to be true (at least according to google).
